Our self-managed company use outside contractors to deliver best possible services for our apartments and residential areas. Including window cleaning, gardening and cleaning of internal communal areas.
Window Cleaning
Our contracted company for window cleaning comes quarterly and cleans all external windows in both blocks.
Gardening
Gardening is provided depending on the season requirements. During spring our contractor comes and cuts the grass and trims the bushes, trees on the front of the property. During autumn prepares all estate foliage for winter.
Cleaning Communal Areas
All internal communal areas are carpeted hence they require regular cleaning. Our contractor comes once or twice a month depending on the season and our requirements. Also once a year all communal areas have a deep cleaning.
