Kings Park (Leigh) Management Limited began managing the apartment blocks directly on 19 June 2019. The work that followed ranged from everyday maintenance and presentation to security, safety and longer-term improvements. A clearer identity

Dated, functional signage was replaced with a consistent identity designed specifically for the development.

A more secure arrival

The open approach was developed into a more defined entrance with controlled vehicle and pedestrian access.

A properly cared-for car park

An area previously affected by dumped waste was cleared and brought back into orderly use as part of the maintained Block 2 car park.
